Block Design 4 Villas

A mini block design that contains 4 standalone Villas connected through landscape.

Each Villa is of total area that ranges from 250 m2 to 350 m2 square meters. Located in Amman, Jordan.

Concept

The plot was divided into 4 parts. The masses were shifted so each villa has clear view.
Shifting of each villa to create canopy effect.
The garages were added underground so most of the plot is greenery.

Site Plan

Villas are in the North- West Orientation to create Canopy effect and pathways created around each villa connecting them to a socializing space in the middle within the landscape.
